Warranty, Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Ogery. We want you to be satisfied with your outdoor gear. If your product does not meet your expectations, arrives defective, needs repair or is missing parts, please contact us and we will guide you through the correct support path.

Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period

Ogery offers warranty service and official customer support only for new products purchased from the Ogery official website, Ogery official Amazon stores and other authorized Ogery channels. For products purchased through authorized resellers or distributors, please contact that seller directly for after-sales service first.

For new Ogery outdoor products and accessories, including portable fans, camping lights, sleeping pads and related accessories, we offer a limited two-year warranty unless a different period is stated on the product page, invoice or local law.

Replacement unit: Warranty coverage remains based on the original purchase date and will be extended by the number of whole days the product is under warranty repair.

Customers may register eligible new purchases within two years of the purchase date to receive an additional one-year extended warranty on top of the standard two-year warranty. The warranty period begins on the date of the original purchase invoice.

2. Warranty Forfeiture

The Ogery warranty is void in the following situations:

  1. Products marked as sample, not for sale, prototype, trial, giveaway or sold as-is.
  2. Products purchased from unauthorized distributors, resellers or marketplaces.
  3. Serial numbers, warranty labels, product stickers or safety markings removed, altered or tampered with.
  4. Products dismantled, mishandled, improperly used, defaced or modified without authorization.
  5. Unsafe charging, unauthorized electrical modification, battery misuse or use of non-compliant adapters or cables.
  6. Damage caused by accident, abuse, improper repair, service by unauthorized parties, liquid exposure beyond the rated protection level, or use after the warranty period.
  7. Damage caused by improper working environment or operation, including unsuitable temperature, humidity, dust, impact, electrical stress, unstable power or wrong power adapter.
  8. Damage caused by violation of battery handling, charging, storage, transport or safety instructions.
  9. Damage caused by force majeure, natural disasters, fire, flood, lightning, transport incidents or other events outside Ogery control.
  10. Products received through feedback, testing, review or sampling programs where refund, warranty or replacement rights are excluded by the program terms.
  11. Warranty rights are limited to the original purchaser and are not transferable.

3. Limitation of Damages

Ogery is not responsible for additional warranties or commitments promised by third-party sellers, agents, distributors or other parties. If a third party promises extra coverage, please request written documentation from that party.

Except where prohibited by law, Ogery will not be liable for consequential, incidental, exemplary or special damages related to this limited warranty or the product. Ogery total liability related to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product.

Return & Refund Policy

Products: If an Ogery product purchased directly from Ogery does not meet your expectations or is confirmed defective, you may request a refund, exchange or repair according to the situations below.

Accessories: Accessory returns and refunds follow the same basic rules as the main product unless otherwise stated. If Ogery sends a replacement accessory for a confirmed issue, Ogery will cover the shipping cost of the replacement shipment.

Important note: Orders that are processing, on hold or already shipped with tracking normally cannot be cancelled. If you refuse delivery after dispatch, the return and refund rules below apply and original shipping charges or carrier fees may be deducted from the refund.

1. Returns and Cancellations for Products Bought Directly from Ogery

a) Unwanted Products

If a product purchased directly from Ogery does not meet your needs but has not been confirmed defective by Ogery support, it is treated as an unwanted product.

You may return an unwanted product for a refund or replacement within 30 days from the delivery date, unless a different rule is stated on the product page, receipt or packing slip. Return shipping for unwanted products is the customer responsibility. Refunds or exchanges for unwanted products are not available after the 30-day window.

To avoid delay or rejection, returned products must meet these inspection criteria:

  1. The product is shipped securely in the original manufacturer packaging.
  2. All accessories, manuals, labels, safety information and standard items originally included are returned.
  3. The product has no permanent alteration, removed fasteners, cut cables, modified charging ports, paint, engraving or tampered seals.
  4. The product has no dents, cracks, scratches, abuse, defacement, liquid damage, power-surge damage or signs of unsafe use.
  5. Security seals, serial numbers and product labels remain intact.

Use a traceable carrier with delivery confirmation for returns. Ogery is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.

After receiving the return, Ogery will inspect the product. Inspection may take up to 5 business days. If the product does not meet the criteria, Ogery may reject the return or charge a restocking fee of up to 20% at its discretion. If a non-conforming return is rejected, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping it back.

b) Defective Products Not Artificially Damaged

If you receive a defective product and notify Ogery within 30 days of delivery, you may return it for a full refund or replacement after support review. Ogery will cover approved return shipping for confirmed defects.

If the product becomes defective after the first 30 days but within the first year of warranty, a full refund is normally not available, but Ogery may provide repair or replacement service and cover approved shipping costs.

If the product becomes defective after the first year but remains within the two-year limited warranty, repair or replacement may be available. The customer may be responsible for return and replacement shipping costs, calculated according to package weight, dimensions and destination.

c) Artificially Damaged Products

If damage is caused by misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, unsafe battery handling, abnormal environment or other artificial causes, a refund is not available. Depending on timing and product condition, paid repair or replacement options may be offered, and the customer is responsible for service and shipping fees.

d) How to Start a Return or Warranty Request

Email support@ogery.com with your order number, purchase channel, product model, serial number if available, a description of the issue and clear photos or videos. Ogery support will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions when needed.

e) Shipping During the Return Process

Return only to the address provided in the Ogery return authorization. Do not ship to an address found online, on a label, or on a previous package unless Ogery support confirms it in writing.

International customers may be required to pay duties, taxes and brokerage fees when returning a product. These fees are the customer responsibility. If testing shows the product is not defective or not covered by warranty, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying return shipment back to the customer address.

f) Return Shipping Rules

  1. Unauthorized returns: Ogery may reject returns that were not approved in advance. The customer bears all related risks and costs.
  2. COD returns: Cash-on-delivery or freight-collect returns may be refused, and the customer is responsible for resulting losses.
  3. Return address: Use only the Ogery-provided return address in your authorization. Misrouted packages are not Ogery responsibility.
  4. Address errors: Customers are responsible for losses caused by incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable addresses.

g) Order Cancellation Policy

Customer-requested cancellation: Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after purchase. You may request cancellation by email within 24 hours of purchase. Include the order number and recipient name. If cancellation is confirmed before dispatch, a refund will usually be issued within 2 business days.

Orders cannot normally be cancelled after dispatch. Orders shipped for more than 30 days cannot be cancelled and must follow the return policy if eligible.

Company-initiated cancellation: Ogery may cancel orders due to overselling, payment risk, address issues or operational reasons. In that case, we will notify the customer and issue a refund for the cancelled items.

2. Products Purchased from a Third Party

If you purchased an Ogery product from a third-party store, marketplace seller, distributor or reseller, please contact that seller for return and refund service. Third-party returns are subject to that seller policy. Ogery is not responsible for refunds or return approvals for products purchased outside official Ogery channels, but we may still help with product-use questions where possible.

Upgrade or Exchange Policy

Ogery normally cannot exchange a returned product for a different product type unless all of the following requirements are met:

  1. The product was returned to Ogery for repair or replacement under the limited warranty and remains within the first-year warranty service period.
  2. Ogery support or technicians determine that the returned product is defective and cannot be repaired.
  3. The same model is out of stock or discontinued and will not be available soon.

If these requirements are met, Ogery may offer substitution or upgrade options at its discretion. If you choose a product beyond the free substitution offered, additional fees may apply. A further substitution is not available unless the replacement product is confirmed defective or non-repairable.

Missing Parts, Wrong Item or Damaged Shipment

If an order shipped from an Ogery warehouse is missing parts, contains the wrong item, is not delivered, or arrives damaged, notify us within 15 days of delivery. We may request photos of the product, packaging, label and accessories before arranging a replacement or other solution.

Please keep all interior and exterior packaging materials for carrier claims. If your order was shipped by a third-party store or marketplace seller, contact that seller first. If they cannot provide a reasonable solution, contact Ogery support and we will review what assistance may be available.
