• You may return any OGERY product for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. Simply contact us and we'll issue an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• A 30-day, risk-free return policy applies to OGERY all items.
• During the first 30 days after purchase, any returns, replacements, and shipping costs are paid by OGERY.
• Please keep all packaging materials until you have assembled, installed, and used all ordered items in the event that you notice any damage to your items or you decide to return any items within the approved return period. All returned products must be in the original packaging.

2. Return InstructionsReturns must be approved by OGERY within 30 days of receipt.Once approved, we’ll issue an RMA number and a return shipping label. Please do not return any items without first receiving your RMA number, they will not be accepted and will be returned back to you.All items must be returned in the original packaging.Disassembly and/or shipping you packaging materials are not services that we provide.If you're returning a product that was delivered via freight, you'll need to have the product brought out to your curb for no-cost pick-up. You can have it picked up from inside your home or office at an additional cost.Return authorizations expire 30 days after approval; please contact us if you need additional time to return your order.Returns are typically inspected and processed within 3 business days of receipt. When the return has been inspected and accepted, a refund will be issued.Once we issue the refund, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on the original payment method. If you’ve received notification from us that you’ve been refunded, and you haven’t seen your refund post to your original payment account in 5 days, please double check the account that was used to make the purchase and contact them. then if still haven't recived , please contact us.Orders made using Klarna will be refunded through Klarna once the return has been inspected and accepted. Exceptions to coverage include:

• Misused/abused/damaged by accident/damaged due to acts of nature. (For example lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricane and such).
• Unauthorized modification/repair/dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals.
• Non-quality related issues.
• Items purchased from unauthorized resellers.
• Used for special application other than normal consumer use.
• Lost /stolen/free/refunded product.
• Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids or other external causes.
• Not able to provide valid proof of purchase.

3. And the OGERY warranty is also exceptions to coverage include in the following situations (not limited to):

• Items that have expired their warranty period.
• Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase).
• Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility.
• Damage from outside sources.
• Any product purchased through an online auction house.

4. How to File a Claim?Filing a claim for warranty service is quick and easy. Simply contact customer service via email atsupport@ogery.com. Make sure you have your sales receipt or other proof of purchase handy. You will need to provide evidence of the date and place of purchase for your OGERY product.5. DisclaimerWe recommend that all shipments be inspected immediately upon arrival.
