Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-5 business days for product preparation. Ogery ships orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

The estimated delivery times below are provided for reference and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, customs, carrier workload, local holidays, stock transfers, remote addresses and other factors may affect delivery.

Shipping Notes

  1. We ship only to the countries and regions supported at checkout.
  2. After your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email. If you created an account, the tracking number may also appear in your account.
  3. If a shipment is delayed or an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you by email.
  4. Large products, bundles, batteries or accessories may ship in separate packages and may receive separate tracking numbers.

Shipping Cost

Ogery generally offers free standard shipping on eligible orders. If a shipping fee, expedited option or regional surcharge applies, it will be shown at checkout before payment.

Warehouse and Stock Availability

We try to ship from the warehouse closest to your delivery address. If the nearest warehouse is out of stock, we may ship from another available warehouse, split the order, contact you for confirmation, or cancel and refund the unavailable item.

Shipping Available Countries

Available delivery countries and regions are determined by the checkout page. If your address cannot be selected or the checkout shows no available shipping method, we currently cannot deliver that order to your location.

Tax and Customs Policy

For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage fees or customs charges required by your local authority. Customs checks can also cause delays. Ogery cannot control or predict these charges. Please contact your local customs office for details before ordering.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Attempts

Please enter a complete and deliverable address. Customers are responsible for losses, redelivery fees or return costs caused by incorrect addresses, missing apartment numbers, unavailable recipients, refused packages or carrier holding periods that expire.

Some carriers cannot deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers, military addresses or remote locations. If your address requires special handling, contact us before placing the order.

Lost, Damaged or Stalled Packages

If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period, or if a package arrives damaged, contact support@ogery.com with your order number, tracking number and photos of the package when relevant. Please keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
