• During the first 30 days after purchase, any returns, replacements, and shipping costs are paid by OGERY.

2. Return InstructionsReturns must be approved by OGERY within 30 days of receipt.Once approved, we’ll issue an RMA number and a return shipping label. Please do not return any items without first receiving your RMA number, they will not be accepted and will be returned back to you.All items must be returned in the original packaging.Disassembly and/or shipping you packaging materials are not services that we provide.If you're returning a product that was delivered via freight, you'll need to have the product brought out to your curb for no-cost pick-up. You can have it picked up from inside your home or office at an additional cost.Return authorizations expire 30 days after approval; please contact us if you need additional time to return your order.Returns are typically inspected and processed within 3 business days of receipt. Exceptions to coverage include:

• Unauthorized modification/repair/dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals.
• Non-quality related issues.
• Items purchased from unauthorized resellers.
• Used for special application other than normal consumer use.
• Lost /stolen/free/refunded product.
• Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids or other external causes.
• Not able to provide valid proof of purchase.
