Ogery respects intellectual property rights and expects users, partners and third-party contributors to do the same. If you believe content on the Ogery website infringes your copyright, trademark, design right, patent or other intellectual property right, please contact us promptly.
How to Submit a Notice
Send your concern to support@ogery.com and include the following information where available:
- Your name, company name if applicable, email address and contact details.
- A description of the protected work, trademark, design, image, text or other right you believe has been infringed.
- The URL or exact location of the material on the Ogery website.
- Evidence that you own the right or are authorized to act for the owner.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the right owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
Review Process
After receiving a notice, Ogery may request additional information, remove or disable access to disputed material, contact the submitting party or take other appropriate action. False, incomplete or misleading claims may delay review and may create liability under applicable law.
Ogery Brand Assets
Ogery names, logos, product images, product page copy, videos, designs and other brand assets may not be copied, modified, distributed or used for commercial purposes without written permission from Ogery.
