Payment Methods
Ogery uses Shopify Checkout to process secure online payments for portable fans, camping lights, sleeping pads, accessories and other outdoor products. Our main payment options are Shopify Payments and PayPal.
Accepted Payment Methods
The payment methods available for your order are the methods shown at checkout. Availability can vary by billing country, shipping country, device, browser, currency, card issuer and the payment settings active in Shopify.
Shopify Payments
- Credit and debit cards: major cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other cards supported by Shopify Payments may be accepted when shown at checkout.
- Shop Pay: when available, Shop Pay lets eligible customers use a faster Shopify checkout experience with saved shipping and payment details.
- Digital wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay may appear when supported by your device, browser, region and Shopify Payments settings.
- Local payment methods: eligible local options may appear for customers in supported markets. These methods are displayed based on checkout availability and customer location.
PayPal
- PayPal / PayPal Express Checkout: if PayPal is displayed at checkout, you can pay using your PayPal account or eligible PayPal funding source.
If a payment method is not displayed at checkout, it is not available for that order, market, device or payment session. Ogery cannot manually force a payment method to appear.
Paying with Shopify Payments
- Enter your shipping address and contact information.
- Continue to shipping and review the delivery option available for your region.
- Continue to payment and choose one of the Shopify Checkout payment methods shown.
- Enter or confirm your payment details, then complete any bank, wallet, 3D Secure or redirect authentication required by the payment provider.
- Review the order total, including taxes, discounts and shipping charges if any, then confirm the order.
Ogery does not store full card numbers. Card, wallet and local-payment details are processed by Shopify Payments and its payment partners through secure checkout.
Paying with PayPal
When you choose PayPal, you may be redirected to PayPal to sign in, choose a funding source and approve the payment. After approval, you will return to Shopify Checkout or the Ogery order confirmation flow.
If PayPal declines or holds the payment, please contact PayPal first because Ogery cannot override PayPal account, funding-source or risk-review decisions.
Order Handling After Payment
After a successful payment, your order enters fraud review and fulfillment preparation. Most orders are reviewed within 48 hours, and shipping preparation normally takes 2-5 business days depending on stock, warehouse workload, holidays and product type.
International or Foreign Transaction Fees
Your bank, card issuer, wallet provider or PayPal may charge currency conversion, foreign transaction or international service fees. These charges are set by the provider and are not collected by Ogery.
Discount Code Troubleshooting
- The code has expired or has not started yet.
- Only one discount code can be used on the same order unless checkout states otherwise.
- The code is limited to specific products, bundles, countries, delivery methods or order values.
- The code was entered with extra spaces or a typing error.
- Your cart no longer meets the eligibility conditions after a product, quantity or delivery option was changed.
Common Payment Issues and Solutions
- Card limit or insufficient funds: check your balance, card limit or use another payment method.
- Billing information mismatch: confirm that billing address, postal code, card number, expiration date and CVV match your bank records.
- Issuer decline: contact your bank or card issuer to approve the transaction or remove restrictions.
- Authentication not completed: finish 3D Secure, bank app, SMS, wallet or local-payment redirect authentication.
- PayPal account or funding issue: choose another PayPal funding source or contact PayPal support.
- Payment method not shown: use one of the methods displayed at checkout; availability can vary by country, device and currency.
